STARTERS
Jerusalem artichoke veloute soup, white truffle oil
Mulled cider poached pear, Roquefort cheese, chicory, caramelised walnuts
Venison scotch duck egg, mushroom ketchup
Charred gin cured salmon, festive beetroot relish, toasted rye bread

MAINS
Roasted free range turkey crown, Christmas stuffing and all the trimmings
Christmas spiced slow braised brisket of beef, creamy horseradish mash, rich red wine jus
Lemon butter roasted cod, anise veloute and spinach
Chestnut, thyme, confit onion pithivier with cavlo nero

Served with a selection of side dishes including roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy cream
Baileys chocolate cheesecake
